Shipping and delivery

The weight, size and value of the items as well as the delivery address determine both the shipping method and the shipping costs. We reserve the right to determine the shipping method ourselves depending on the total order of your items.

Forwarding

Large-volume items that have to be unloaded by more than one person or with suitable equipment due to their weight and size are delivered by a forwarding agent.
When ordering, please let us know the exact delivery address for the construction site or your warehouse, as well as the telephone number for notification of delivery. We will get in touch with you regarding coordination.

• Unloading personnel must be provided by the customer
• Depending on the weight, suitable forklifts must be available for unloading
• Pallets are not taken back by the forwarder.
• The heaviest individual weight (plastic underground tank) is approx. 40 kg.

Please note that haulage companies have to charge for a new journey if they fail to deliver your goods. Therefore, please make sure that there is someone on site who can take delivery of the goods you have ordered.

Parcel service

Please note that the parcel service can only deliver to an occupied delivery address with a house number. We do not deliver to packing stations. We co-operate with the parcel service providers UPS and DHL.
The tracking number is only available on request at store@intewa.de

Customer pickup

The main warehouse in Aachen only stores some of the goods that are available for customer pickup.
Please inquire about availability in advance at store@intewa.de.

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have a full 14-day right of return. 
The return costs will not be refunded by us and will be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs quoted are inclusive of VAT. The calculation of the shipping costs depends on the volume and weight of the individual items and the entire shopping basket. For an order, only the highest amount is charged once. If we split your order into several deliveries for logistical reasons, you will not incur any additional shipping costs for the subsequent deliveries.
You will be informed of the exact shipping costs during the ordering process.

Delivery

We only deliver within Germany and the EU (mainland). For delivery to an island, please send a separate enquiry to store@intewa.de.

We do not deliver to package stations.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the standard delivery time for Germany is 1-3 working days 
after order confirmation, except for DRAINMAX products, where the standard delivery time is 14 days after order confirmation.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

We will inform you immediately of any delivery delays.

In the event of non-availability of the ordered goods, INTEWA reserves the right not to deliver. In this case we will inform you immediately and refund any payment already received.
