Are international deliveries possible?

Currently, no orders outside of Germany are possible via the store. As soon as this changes, we will inform you in our news section at the bottom of the home page as well as on our INTEWA main page.
Please contact us or your responsible sales partner by phone or mail for international orders.
 



Why can't I order some items directly?

Some items, such as the stainless steel drain throttles, are specially manufactured according to the desired restrictor drain. In addition, there are individualised shipping costs that cannot be determined in advance. For these products, please send us a specific product enquiry using the form.

 
 

I would like to change an order after it has been placed - is that possible?

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, a change can be made on our part if necessary. Please contact us for this by phone or by mail.

I have a problem with my order - who can I contact?

You can reach our customer service Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

 


Can I also pay by invoice?

For returning customers with a customer account we offer the possibility with "purchase on account". Please send us a request manually and we will check your case immediately.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can find all invoices for your orders in your user account after logging in.
 



Can I leave the shipping and sales packaging with the supplier for disposal?

There is no obligation to take back shipping and sales packaging from private end consumers.

The respective private end user must dispose of the packaging himself via the household waste/packaging collection (yellow bag, paper garbage can, etc.).
In the commercial sector, loaded Euro pallets can be exchanged for an empty one. Private end customers can keep them without further costs. The professional disposal is left to the customer.

 


Who pays the cost of returning the items?

If an item does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days full right of return. In this case we will refund the full purchase amount including shipping costs.
The return shipping costs will not be refunded by us and will be borne by the purchaser.

 


Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order has not yet been shipped, a cancellation can be made on our part if necessary. Please contact us for this purpose by phone or by mail. Please read the revocation instructions in the terms and conditions of sale.

 


Can I return custom-made products?

Custom-made products, such as drain chokes, which have been specially manufactured to your requirements, are excluded from return or revocation. Approval for production is obtained from the customer in advance.

What happens if I’m not at home at the time of delivery?

For deliveries by parcel service, the usual procedures of the parcel service provider commissioned by us apply.

Delivery dates by freight forwarding will be clarified with you in advance by telephone. For this purpose, the respective forwarding agent will contact you.
